Role Summary

The Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist will be a candidate champion in a client-facing role to operationalize the talent acquisition process framework. In this role, the ideal candidate will greet/escort candidates, schedule candidate interviews and debrief meetings for hiring teams, take point on recruitment marketing including the preparation of Employee Testimonials and other marketing strategies, manage talent acquisition projects such as Employee Value Propositioning, scout for talent and conduct initial assessment of candidate credentials to job description qualifications.

The candidate hired for this role will be a passionate advocate for the business, focused on improving the experience for Candidates and Hiring Teams during the talent acquisition process.

What You’ll Do

  • Be a Candidate Champion, ensure an excellent first impression and set the stage for the employee experience
  • Greet and Escort Candidates
  • Schedule Interviews and Debrief Meetings
  • Upon verbal offer acceptance, manage pre-boarding processes
  • Recruitment Marketing:
    • finalize Employee Testimonials and other online marketing promotions and strategies
    • design and launch LinkedIn Life Tabs for Employer Brand marketing strategy
  • Provide Tier 1 level technical support with Talent Acquisition systems, Paycor Recruiting
  • Be a talent scout; source talent and assess candidate credentials
  • Join projects associated with Employer Branding, Employee Value Proposition, Social Champion Network, etc.
Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree
  • 2 years of work experience in a Human Resources, Recruitment/Talent Acquisition &/or Marketing role.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with recruitment marketing
  • Experience using MS Outlook &/or other scheduling tools
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System
