Social Media Manager and Content Creation

We are looking for a dynamic individual who is passionate about social media and content creation to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of various social media platforms, excellent communication skills, and a creative mindset. This is an in-office position, Monday to Friday, where you will collaborate closely with our team to develop and execute social media strategies for both Quantifi Media and our clients.

Responsibilities :

Manage and grow social media accounts for Quantifi Media and our clients across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions for both Quantifi Media and our clients.
Create high-quality, engaging content for social media, including posts, stories, videos, and graphics, that aligns with brand voice and objectives.
Monitor social media channels for trends, news, and conversations relevant to our industry and clients, and engage with followers accordingly.
Collaborate with the marketing team and clients to develop content calendars, campaign concepts, and advertising strategies.
Analyze and report on social media performance metrics, including reach, engagement, and conversion rates, to optimize strategies and achieve goals.
Stay up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and platform updates, and incorporate new tools and techniques into our strategies.

Qualifications :

Proven experience managing social media accounts and creating content for brands or clients.

Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and visual content creation.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and self-manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.

Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms is a plus.
