We are seeking a Project Material Planning Lead in our Broomfield, CO Location.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Material Planning Lead to manage the material required for key quantum hardware development projects. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely ordering and delivery of materials while optimizing costs and supporting overall project success. You will collaborate closely with scientists, engineers, procurement teams, and program managers to streamline materials planning and logistics for cutting-edge quantum technology initiatives
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement material planning strategies to support quantum hardware development projects.
- Coordinate with scientists, engineering, program management, and procurement to ensure timely ordering and delivery of materials while improving material efficiencies.
- Implement effective material shortage reports, inventory monitoring, process for expedite requests and continuous delivery information directly to the Project teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Coordinate/Enter Purchase Requests /RFQ Coordination with lead-time setbacks for necessary materials for key quantum hardware development projects.
- Maintain accurate records of material for asset tracking and timely capitalization. Conduct regular asset audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Track Change Control to ensure disposition of existing items and retirement / reallocation of capital assets.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure project success.
YOU MUST:
- Bachelor’s Degree minimum
- Minimum 5 years Production Planning, Control and Coordination in new development high-tech manufacturing, aerospace, semiconductors, or related industries
- Due to Contractual requirements, must be a U.S. Person. defined as, U.S. citizen permanent resident or green card holder, workers granted asylum or refugee status
- Due to national security requirements imposed by the U.S. Government, candidates for this position must not be a People's Republic of China national or Russian national unless the candidate is also a U.S. citizen.

Estimated Salary Wage: $98,000 - $123,000 Annually
