We are seeking a Strategic Sourcing Lead in our Broomfield, CO Location. Quantinuum believes that employees work better, more efficiently and more collaboratively in close proximity to other employees, where ideas can be exchanged readily, and decisions can be made more quickly for the benefit of the Company and our customers. All employees should work at their assigned location; however, this role may offer the opportunity to work remotely, with approvals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage supplier relationships, selection, and performance and SOW, RFP and RFI creation and processes
• Manage supplier agreements, including developing and negotiating contract language
• Establish and drive Sourcing of direct and indirect materials and services in alignment with business leadership per Annual Operating Plan and Integrated Strategic Plan
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sourcing strategies with business objectives including early sourcing engagement, alignment on key sourcing objectives and effective execution of sourcing projects
• Influence and manage category and strategies including spend analysis, benchmarking, cost, market analysis and global technology and economic trends
• Manage and mitigate supplier risk, including reporting on supplier performance
• Assist in developing Sourcing policies and procedures, and process improvements ensuring compliance to requirements and organizational change management
• Improve working capital through negotiating best possible total cost of ownership including payment terms extensions, payment cycle optimization, supplier financed improvements and lead time reductions
  
  

You Must Have:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum of 3 years’ Experience in Sourcing
• Minimum of 3 years’ Experience negotiating contracts
• Due to Contractual requirements, must be a U.S. Person. defined as, U.S. citizen permanent resident or green card holder, workers granted asylum or refugee status
• Due to national security requirements imposed by the U.S. Government, candidates for this position must not be a People's Republic of China national or Russian national unless the candidate is also a U.S. citizen.

• Demonstrated business and financial acumen
• Experience with SAP or site relevant ERP systems, E Sourcing Platforms, Request for Quotation Tools, Project Management Tools
