Undergraduate Trader Program
Begin training in June (remote or NYC-based) and start live remote trading during your senior year. Ideal for driven undergraduates seeking an early start in quantitative trading.
Junior Quantitative Trader
Designed for those graduating and looking to build a career in trading. Collaborate closely with experienced traders in an apprenticeship-style arrangement, developing strategies and gaining hands-on trading experience. Requires proficiency in Python, SQL, or similar quantitative skills.
Proprietary Trader
Automate your strategies with firm-provided capital, infrastructure, and mentorship. Ideal for traders who have identified an edge and are looking to systematize it.
Senior Quantitative Trader
Leverage your proven quantitative strategies (backtested Sharpe Ratio greater than 3.0) with our capital, technology, and infrastructure. Suitable for experienced traders who thrive in independent, performance-driven environments.
Key Points:
- No base salary; compensation is entirely performance-based.
- Firm-provided capital, infrastructure, mentorship, and support.
- We do not sponsor visas or hire candidates on OPT or CPT.
- All roles, except the Undergraduate Trader Program, require candidates to work on-site in New York City.
