Quantivly’s mission is to help hospitals unlock better imaging care to more patients. We are a spin-off from Boston Children’s Hospital building the Digital Twin of Radiology Operations to revolutionize the way radiology operations are managed. We are looking for a Chief of Staff to support our executive team as we execute on our go-to-market strategy and scale every aspect of the company during a critical period of growth.
Position Overview :
The Chief of Staff will be integral to Quantivly’s success, supporting the CEO and CCO in executing the go-to-market strategy and driving cross-functional alignment. This role combines strategic planning, revenue operations, and project management, providing a high-impact growth opportunity for a driven, detail-oriented individual excited about scaling an innovative B2B healthcare tech company.
Key Responsibilities :
Leadership Support
- Collaborate closely with the CEO and CCO to execute key initiatives, streamlining operations for effective growth.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, delivering recommendations on operational improvements.
- Act as a proxy for the leadership team in meetings, tracking outcomes and ensuring alignment on priorities.
Revenue and Business Development Operations
