Quantivly’s mission is to help hospitals unlock better imaging care to more patients. We are a spin-off from Boston Children’s Hospital building the Digital Twin of Radiology Operations to revolutionize the way radiology operations are managed. We are looking for a Chief of Staff to support our executive team as we execute on our go-to-market strategy and scale every aspect of the company during a critical period of growth.

Position Overview :

The Chief of Staff will be integral to Quantivly’s success, supporting the CEO and CCO in executing the go-to-market strategy and driving cross-functional alignment. This role combines strategic planning, revenue operations, and project management, providing a high-impact growth opportunity for a driven, detail-oriented individual excited about scaling an innovative B2B healthcare tech company.

Key Responsibilities :

Leadership Support

  • Collaborate closely with the CEO and CCO to execute key initiatives, streamlining operations for effective growth.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, delivering recommendations on operational improvements.
  • Act as a proxy for the leadership team in meetings, tracking outcomes and ensuring alignment on priorities.

Revenue and Business Development Operations

  • Directly support revenue growth, collaborating with the CCO to optimize the sales funnel and enhance sales efficiency.
  • Contribute to the creation and design of a sales playbook tailored to academic medical centers (AMCs) and Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs).

    o Partner with distribution teams to strengthen business development and customer account strategies as we expand our footprint.

    Cross-Functional Project Management

  • Manage high-impact initiatives, coordinating cross-functionally across product, sales, and operations teams to achieve key goals.
  • Develop project plans with clear timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring all teams are aligned and focused on outcomes.
  • Facilitate process improvements, building scalable, efficient systems to support growth and operational excellence.
  • Product and Customer Insights

  • Engage deeply with product and operations teams to ensure the platform meets high standards in user experience and performance.
  • Influence product development by relaying insights from the customer experience team, aligning features with our long-term technical vision.
  • First-Year Impact Goals :

  • Help build ta scalable revenue operations and marketing engines and we accelerate growth.
  • Support business development by partnering with distribution channels.
  • Drive the identification and growth of new customer accounts.
  • Manage projects that reinforce product quality and user experience.
  • Shape new product features that align with Quantivly’s technical strategy.
  • Qualifications Experience :

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in consulting, early-stage startups, venture capital, or a similar high-growth, high-impact environment.
  • Strong experience in revenue operations, project management, and cross-functional collaboration; healthcare tech experience is a plus.
  • Skills and Competencies :

  • Highly strategic and analytical, with a strong bias toward action and problem-solving.
  • Excellent communicator who can effectively engage with diverse teams and senior leadership.
  • Proficient in creating customer-ready presentations and materials, with strong quantitative skills for developing growth and ROI models.
  • Attributes :

  • Hands-on and adaptable, with a “builder mentality” who thrives in dynamic, ambiguous environments.
  • Collaborative, transparent, and curious, with the resilience to tackle complex challenges.
  • Eager to learn radiology workflows, organizational structures, and stakeholder priorities; capable of articulating the product’s value confidently.
  • What We Offer :

  • Competitive salary ($110,000-$130,000) and equity, along with benefits (medical, dental, vision).
  • Remote-first (HQ in Somerville, MA); Moderate travel
