About the Role :

As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer , you will play a key role in driving the development and implementation of AI strategies that power the company's customer support automation platform. You’ll have the opportunity to build and manage a high-performing ML team, and work on innovative projects that directly influence the company’s product and customer experience. ⚙️🤖

You will work closely with engineering and product teams, integrating advanced ML solutions into the platform, including techniques in NLP and GenAI . You’ll also be at the cutting edge of AI, continuously exploring new technologies to drive innovation. 💡

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design and implementation of ML / AI strategies for customer support automation.
• Build and manage a high-performing team of ML engineers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions that improve the customer experience.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in AI, NLP, and GenAI, applying them to real-world problems.
