The successful candidate will build strong relationships with potential customers, identify their needs, and offer tailored machining, powder coating, or assembled product solutions to meet the customer's needs.
Responsibilities:
-Develop and maintain a strong understanding of thier capabilities, services, and product offerings.
-Prospect and identify potential customers within the target market to generate new business leads.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Build and nurture relationships with existing and prospective clients through regular communication and client visits.
- Present and demonstrate machining capabilities to clients, effectively showcasing the value and benefits of working with the company.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to potential customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries and orders.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and goals set by the company.
- Record sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends accurately.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in outside sales preferably in the manufacturing or machining industry.
- Knowledge of machining processes and understanding of CNC capabilities.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to effectively articulate technical concepts to non-technical customers.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented individual with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field-based sales role.
