Job Type: In-Person, Full-Time

Starting Pay: $16/hour Quarterly Bonuses (after 180 days)

Schedule (must be available for all listed hours):

• Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Patient Care)
• Friday: Admin Day (Flexible hours, non-patient-facing)
• Quarterly Weekend Training Events required (professional growth & team development)
• No regular weekend patient hours and all major holidays off!

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist patients with a warm, professional attitude
• Schedule appointments and manage patient records
• Provide admin support to the doctor and office team
• Answer phone calls, emails, and handle front desk inquiries
• Clean and stock exam rooms
• Help ensure a smooth patient flow and a great experience for every visit

Requirements:

• Must be able to reliably commute to or relocate to Burleson, TX
• Must speak and understand English (bonus if Bi-lingual)
• Must be available during the listed work schedule
• Must be able to attend quarterly weekend training events

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support the chiropractic practice by assisting with patient care, managing office tasks, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all patients. Your contributions will be vital in enhancing the overall patient experience and promoting their well-being.

Duties

• Assist in patient assessment by gathering medical histories and understanding patient needs.
• Provide support during chiropractic treatments, including preparing patients and ensuring their comfort.
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment area to promote a safe environment.
• Educate patients on treatment plans and provide instructions for at-home care.
• Manage scheduling appointments and follow-up visits to ensure continuity of care.
• Utilize medical terminology effectively when communicating with patients and healthcare professionals.
• Collaborate with the chiropractor to develop individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology to assist in understanding patient conditions.
• Proficient in medical terminology to facilitate effective communication within the healthcare setting.
