\n- Standardize, validate, and scale current and future nano-fabrication processes
- Operating and maintaining tools such as electron beam lithography systems, metal depositions systems, resist spinners, and wet and dry etch setups in a clean-room environment
- Optimizing fabrication procedures to maximize superconducting quantum device performance
- Developing creative nano-fabrication techniques for superconducting quantum devices
- Extensive experience with electron-beam lithography, thin-film deposition, scanning-electron microscopy, wet and dry etching
- Experience with microwave superconducting devices, in particular Josephson junction-based devices, is preferred
- Extensive experience in laboratory and cleanroom environments
- Experience with developing and troubleshooting novel fabrication processes
- Bachelors or Masters in physics, electrical engineering, material science or equivalent experience in industry
- Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work in an interdisciplinary team with professionals from other fields of physics and engineering
