Job Description
The Program Manager (PM) will lead IT support operations for HQ Air Education and Training Command (AETC), ensuring effective program execution, compliance, and customer satisfaction. This role oversees contract performance, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder engagement to align IT services with mission requirements.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage IT support services, ensuring contract requirements are met on time and within scope.
- Develop and implement strategies for IT service delivery, cybersecurity, and cloud integration in line with AETC objectives.
- Oversee workforce management, assigning tasks, tracking performance, and ensuring compliance with DoD IT policies and security standards.
- Monitor program risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address challenges affecting performance.
- Liaise with AETC leadership, providing regular status updates, reports, and strategic recommendations.
- Ensure cybersecurity compliance, leveraging expertise in Cloud , GICSP, SSCP, Security , or GSEC to maintain secure IT operations.
- Drive continuous improvement, leveraging emerging technologies to enhance IT service delivery.
- Foster a high-performance team, mentoring staff and ensuring alignment with mission objectives.
