Job Description
The Stock Clerk is responsible for managing inventory levels in a warehouse or retail store by receiving incoming shipments, verifying quantities, storing merchandise properly, maintaining accurate records, and fulfilling orders by picking and packing items, ensuring proper labeling and organization to facilitate efficient stock management; they may also perform cycle counts to audit inventory accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shall possess the knowledge, skills, and abilities to work independently.
- One (1) year experience working in a professional office setting.
- Must be proficient with computer software (e.g., Microsoft Office 365) to perform support functions in production control.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills to coordinate and resolve complex communication or logistical related issues.
Qualifications
- High School Graduate.
- A certification in the field of supply management.
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in supply clerical work, supply support, inventory control, or computer operations support.
Additional Information
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible to work on Government contracts.
- Must be able to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC).
