Job Description
Provide technical, analytical, and developmental services support on the following, but not limited to; Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) systems (e.g. Automated Digital Network System (ADNS), Global Command and Control System-Maritime (GCCS-M), Computer Network Defense (CND), training systems (e.g. Virtual Hosting Environment (VHE), Network Security Vulnerability Technician (NSVT), support equipment, Joint systems (e.g. Joint High Speed Vessel (JHSV)) and Foreign Military systems. Perform and supervise training and development programs, identify and assess training needs, and conduct research on all problems. Set up teaching materials and lesson plans before the class. Plan, organize, and direct a wide range of training activities.
Qualifications
- Conducted and supervised training and development programs to enhance employee/external customer skills, performance, and knowledge.
- Design and implement lesson plans, course materials, and teaching strategies tailored to workforce needs.
- Utilize various training methods such as on-the-job training, classroom instruction, electronic learning, video tutorials, simulators, workshops, and distance learning platforms.
- Research and assess performance gaps and recommend appropriate training solutions.
- Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling, materials, locations, and technology setup.
- Lead classroom sessions, monitor learner progress, and provide feedback and support throughout training.
- Collaborate with supervisors and department leads to aligning training with organizational goals and operational needs.
- Track student completion, issue certificates, and evaluate training program effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's level degree in Education, Psychology, or related Training Systems discipline
- Have at least seven (7) years of professional experience in curriculum development.
- SECRET security clearance minimum
Additional Information
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible to work on Government contracts.
- Must be able to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC).
