Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their financial needs and present suitable product offerings.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients through outbound calls, emails, and texts.
- Manage and update client information in CRM systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Stay up to date on financial products, credit, and related topics to better serve clients.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure goals are aligned and company targets are met.
- Participate in training and development to stay current on industry trends and sales strategies.
- Attend occasional weekend shifts or events as necessary to maximize opportunities.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in financial services or related industries.
- Basic understanding of credit, credit scores, and financial products.
- Proficient with computers, CRM systems, and other relevant sales tools.
- Strong communication skills – well-spoken and able to build rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and achieve sales goals.
- Willing to work Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend availability.
- Recent graduates welcome; college students will not be considered.
- Ability to work remotely until office transition; willingness to work fully on-site in the Orlando area before June 2025.
- Management experience is a plus but not required.
