Flooring Installation Manager (3 YRS EXP REQ)

Job Summary:
As the Flooring Installation Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the flooring installation team. This includes scheduling, training, quality control, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. You will act as a key liaison between the installation crew, customers, and other departments to ensure that all projects meet the highest standards of quality.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in flooring installation, with at least 3-5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of various flooring types, installation techniques, and industry best practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to problem-solve and address issues as they arise on the job site.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in the flooring industry.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in managing both residential and commercial flooring installations.
• Certification in flooring installation or project management (e.g., CFI, NFA, PMP).
• Proficiency with project management software and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, lead, and manage a team of flooring installers to ensure high-quality and timely project completion.
• Schedule and coordinate installation projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to customer expectations.
• Ensure that all installation projects follow safety protocols, regulations, and company guidelines.
• Maintain inventory and ensure necessary tools, materials, and equipment are available for installation projects.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address any issues, and ensure work meets company and client standards.
• Provide training, mentorship, and development opportunities for the installation team.
• Collaborate with sales, customer service, and project management teams to ensure seamless execution of flooring projects.
• Handle customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of installations, including work orders, customer feedback, and project timelines.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
