**Responsibilities Include:**
• Function as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all transplant and high cost case services
• Work in partnership with Clinical and Pod Operations to ensure consistency and provide oversight of Transplant and High Cost Case department activities within Quantum Health's clinical model
• Meet the transplant and high cost case clinical initiatives, outcomes, and performance goals for this service
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements
• Assist with day-to-day problem-solving, Q&A, and protocol guidance for staff
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical program management or supervisory experience preferred
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong administrative/technical skills
• Comfort working on a PC using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), IM/video conferencing (Teams & Zoom), and telephones efficiently
• Trustworthy and accountable behavior, capable of viewing and maintaining confidential information daily
