Role Overview
The Manager Clinical Program, Transplant and High Cost Case is a key position within our clinical model, responsible for ensuring consistency and providing oversight of transplant and high cost case department activities. This role will function as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all transplant and high cost case services, working in conjunction with clinical leadership to meet transplant and high cost case clinical initiatives, outcomes, and performance goals for this service.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory requirements
- Assisting with day-to-day problem-solving, Q&A, and protocol guidance for staff
- Promoting a focus on quality, consistency, and effectiveness
- Supporting staff performance management and coaching efforts, as needed
Requirements
- Active license as a Registered Nurse in the state of Ohio
- RN with a BSN or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience with direct patient care
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical program management or supervisory experience preferred
