Senior Manager Clinical Program Transplant/High Cost Case

Key Responsibilities:
- Work in partnership with Clinical and Pod Operations to ensure consistency and provide oversite of Transplant and High Cost Case department activities within Quantum Health's clinical model.
- Function as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all transplant and high cost case services and work in conjunction with clinical leadership to meet the transplant and high cost case clinical initiatives, outcomes, and performance goals for this service.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical program management or supervisory experience preferred.
- Possess excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
