- Project Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with project specifications and requirements.
- Budget & Cost Management: Establish and monitor project budgets, ensuring financial efficiency.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Maintain project timelines, coordinating effectively with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
- Quality Control & Safety Compliance: Ensure projects adhere to industry standards and OSHA regulations.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, engineers, and executive management.
- Resource Allocation: Manage workforce, equipment, and materials for optimal efficiency.
- Contract Management: Oversee project contracts, change orders, and documentation.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Certifications: OSHA 30 certification required; PMP certification is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in project management within industrial mechanical construction.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Primavera P6), budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
- Competencies: Strong leadership, decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
- Ability to stand, walk, and navigate construction sites for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. occasionally.
