We are seeking an HR/Office Assistant to join our US New Jersey office in West Windsor. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various HR and administrative tasks, as well as providing administrative support to our team.
Responsibilities
- Handling HR tasks such as immigration, state/federal taxes, vendor management
- Managing front desk duties including answering calls, greeting visitors
- Running errands outside the office such as post office, banks, flight/hotel bookings
- Assisting with any other administrative tasks as needed
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in HR and administrative responsibilities. They should be able to work in the office 5 days a week.
