Job Description:
- Minimum of 10 years designing and configuring PP PPDS / QM modules. knowledge of the key integration points between the other SAP modules (MM and PM experience.)
- Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective
- Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others and should have good communication skills.
- Must be results oriented, and must be willing to work in shifts
- Strong knowledge of PP /QM Skills and techniques and with a confident approach and excellent communication skills.
- Have strong configuration and testing skills in the areas of SAP Forecasting, Demand Management, Production Planning (MRP) and Shop Floor Execution
- 9 years in mapping all the Production processes like MTS, MTO, ATO, Repetitive and CTO in SAP
- 9 years in Process management using PI sheets, Process control systems integration etc, including expertise in Recipe management and Active ingredient calculation process, Batch management process and Serialization is a must
- 9 years in application of Engineering Change Management and Order Change management functionality and Design and configuration experience. (Material master, Sourcing, Procurement, Pricing, Stock transport orders, Inventory management, Physical inventory
- Possesses deep understanding of SAP Quality Management areas, including Quality Planning, Quality Inspections (inbound, in-process, recurring, outbound), Quality Notifications, Batch Management, Traceability and Recalls, Workflow Management, Non-Conformance Processes, Multiple Specification, Physical Samples, Stability Analysis, Result Recordings, Quality Management Reporting and QM Control Keys. Integration experience from LIMS and MES Systems with SAP a plus.
- Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements.
- Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements.
- Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.
- Design, customize, configure and testing of PP – PI / QM
- Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.
- Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems.
- Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues;
- Document functional designs, test cases and results.
