Role Description:
This is a remote role for a Leadership Education Specialist. Responsibilities include communication with clients and associates, team leadership, marketing and daily personal development to drive the growth and success of our education products. The right candidate will be highly self-motivated with the desire for personal achievement and contribution to society.

Requirements:
- High performer with big dreams, an open mind, and the desire to help others
- The intention to be compensated based on performance (not hours at a desk)
- Self starter with a positive mental attitude
- Have the goal to make at least 6 figures a year (performance based)
- Professional AND personable communication style
- Utilize basic technology with ease
Skills:
- We appreciate experience in leadership development, business development, sales, and marketing (training will be provided to the right person)
- Writing, speaking and online communications.
