Job Summary :
We are seeking a dedicated Make Ready Technician / Painter with expertise in resurfacing to join our San Antonio team. This role is key to ensuring our apartment units are beautifully prepared for new residents by focusing on surface renewal, including painting, resurfacing countertops, and other detail-oriented make-ready tasks. If you have an eye for precision and enjoy making spaces look their best, this position is perfect for you!
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform resurfacing tasks such as painting walls, refinishing countertops, and restoring bathtubs and cabinets.
- Inspect vacant units and address detailed maintenance needs to ensure they meet Quantum Leaps high standards.
- Execute touch-up painting, drywall patching, and other surface repairs with precision.
- Conduct basic troubleshooting of plumbing, electrical, and appliance-related issues as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety standards and protocols.
- Communicate effectively with supervisor, team members and property managers to prioritize and complete tasks.
