Position: Business Development Manager – Mandarin Speaking – East Coast USA
Location: Fully Remote to manage the USA (East Coast preferred, especially Southeast USA)
Compensation: Commission-based or base salary

We are a fast-growing company in the eco-friendly disposable food packaging industry, offering high-quality and sustainable solutions such as PLA, PHA, PBS, and sugarcane pulp containers. As demand surges across the U.S., we are seeking a Sales & Marketing Executive with strong Mandarin fluency and a proven background in food packaging distribution.
This role is ideal for someone with deep industry experience and established customer relationships, particularly in the East or Southeast United States.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage sales relationships with distributors, wholesalers, logistics partners, and end users in food service, retail, and hospitality
- Act as a Mandarin-speaking liaison between Chinese suppliers and U.S.-based customers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, particularly in: restaurant supply distribution (e.g., Chinese, Japanese, fast food chains), fresh food suppliers and logistics (meat, fruit, dairy), large retailers (e.g., Walmart), airlines, hotels, prisons, and other institutional clients, seasonal and customized product lines
- Drive regular sales volume (target: at least six 40-foot container shipments/month)
- Promote eco-friendly product lines and sustainable packaging benefits
Requirements:
- Experience selling to end user business clients in food, retail and hospitality
- Fluent Mandarin Chinese
- Existing customer resources in the U.S. (especially in the East Coast or Southeast)
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Deep understanding of sales and marketing strategy with a Proven success in account management, lead generation, and customer retention
- Passion for sustainability and eco-conscious products
