At Quantum Recruiters we focus intently on providing talent to leading employers throughout the Pacific Northwest. We are proud to partner with the City of Eugene to fill the Hendricks Park Rhododendron Garden Assistant position.
This position will work three per week, Monday through Friday. Candidates must have experience gardening, weeding and have basic landscaping skills. Preference for someone with extensive knowledge of local plants and weeds. Experience with pruning, mowing, mulching, irrigation, and / or operation of landscaping equipment preferred. Candidates must also be willing to work with and direct individuals and small groups of volunteers and willing to participate in park clean up such as littler control, graffiti abatement and cleaning of restrooms.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age and hold a valid driver's license. Must pass driving records check and, if hired, maintain a driving record that meets the City's standard.
- All positions are subject to a criminal background check and pre-employment physical.
