JOB SUMMARY: Under the direct supervision of the Property Manager, acts as liaison to the manager for an elderly housing development/complex and performs certain specified tasks.

- Open doors for residents who lock themselves out of their apartments.
- Be on call for emergency situations and refer to the appropriate resources such as the Property Manager, Maintenance Coordinator, Fire Department, Medic, Police, etc.
- See that the building is secure.
- Distribute flyers, notices, etc., at the request of Property Manager.
- Report to the Property Manager any hazardous conditions at the development/ complex and other building problems.
- May leave the premises as needed provided the Property Manager is notified in advance, and flyers are posted accordingly.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred;
- or one to three months related experience and/or training;
- or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and interpret documents such as emails, utility billings, financial documents, instructional documents, rental agreements, and procedure manuals.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to perform simple mathematics using American units of money, weights and measurements, volume and distance. Ability to use other similar units of measurement may be helpful but not required.
REASONING ABILITY: Ability to add and subtract numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.

Salary : $17 - $19
