Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a scalable, technology-enabled clinical model prioritizing high-quality, accessible care.
- Ensure clinical operations comply with regulatory standards and align with digital primary care best practices.
- Provide leadership and oversight to a team consisting of primary care physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff.
- Leverage technology to optimize care pathways, workflows, clinical decision support, and patient outcomes.
- Foster continuous improvement in clinical standards, regulatory adherence, and healthcare delivery efficiencies.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, operations, and business units to enhance clinical offerings.
- Initiate and support growth through innovation and strategic clinical initiatives.
- Enhance cost-effective, patient-focused solutions that improve accessibility and healthcare experiences.
- MD or DO with board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or a related primary care specialty.
- Minimum of 10 years of clinical experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and managing scalable clinical models, particularly within technology-driven healthcare environments.
- Preferred experience in digital health, virtual care, or value-based primary care delivery.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory requirements, clinical best practices, and compliance standards.
