- Develop and execute strategies to optimize clinical and administrative operations, improving workflow efficiencies and scaling the virtual care practice.
- Oversee operational processes, ensuring best practices and quality standards across patient care, provider management, and administrative functions.
- Implement programs focused on enhancing provider productivity, accountability, and retention.
- Utilize digital health tools, AI solutions, and data analytics to enhance patient experience, streamline processes, and drive operational improvements.
- Manage budget planning, financial forecasting, and optimize revenue cycles to align with organizational goals and value-based care initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, payer requirements, and operational best practices.
- Foster strong internal and external relationships, driving collaboration across teams, leadership, and healthcare partners.
- Regularly monitor and report on key operational metrics to assess performance, implement improvements, and achieve strategic business objectives.
- 10 years of progressive experience in healthcare operations or practice management, including at least 5 years in an executive leadership role (COO, VP of Operations, or similar).
- Strong expertise in primary care operations, practice management, and virtual care delivery models.
- Demonstrated experience scaling operations and driving performance improvements in healthcare settings.
- Proficiency with digital health technologies, electronic medical records, and data analytics.
- Proven ability to manage complex budgets, enhance financial performance, and drive value-based care outcomes.
