- Responsible for working with Cyber Team to assess and strengthen the network security.
- Responsible for configuring FortiGate Firewalls
- Responsible for migrating legacy firewalls to new Fortigate firewalls.
- Responsible for diagnosing and fixing end user network issues that can include Wi-Fi, wired, security (firewall), and application problems.
- Part of a team that is responsible for configuring, installing, and securing critical network solutions.
- Support complex network solutions in on-prem and hybrid environments.
- Be part of a team that manages, monitors, improves, and supports hardware for a global network environment to include routers, switches, firewalls, voice services, wireless controllers.
- Engage in conversations and provide technical and functional expertise with internal and external customers.
- Performs problem isolation and resolution of network problems
- Hands on experience managing multiple Fortigate Firewalls in an enterprise environment.
- Experience using Fortigate Manager and Analyzer.
- Strong troubleshooting techniques to diagnose and resolve network issues.
- Hands on experience using Wireshark or similar tools to analyze and troubleshoot the network.
- Proficient level and hands on experience with Cisco Routing and Switching Product family (NX-OS & IOS)
- Familiar with ticketing and project management tools (ServiceNow, Jira)
- Ability to accurately handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
