Position Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location Irwindale, CA (Remote)
Duration Long Term Contract
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies for engineering roles, including Systems Engineers, High Voltage Specialists, Utility Engineers, and Substation Engineering professionals.
- Collaborate with SPE leadership to understand hiring needs and align recruitment efforts with company objectives.
- Source, screen, and assess candidates using various methods, ensuring a strong pipeline of talent.
- Manage applicant tracking systems efficiently and ensure compliance with OFCCP guidelines and employment laws.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate hiring processes with stakeholders.
- Provide market insights and best practices in technical and engineering recruitment.
Required Skills/Attributes
- Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in technical and engineering fields.
- Proven expertise in sourcing, applicant screening, and talent acquisition strategies.
- Extensive experience sourcing candidates via LinkedIn and other professional networks.
- Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) (SuccessFactors).
- Strong knowledge of OFCCP guidelines and employment laws.
