Leading manufacturer of plastics storage bins and shelving systems is seeking a full time Sales Support Specialist/ Coordinator.
Job Summary:
- Provide sales/product support to clients.
- Prepare and present detailed sales proposals/quotes.
- Keep record of sales trends.
- Liaise with account managers.
- Stay up to date with new product and feature launches.
- Key Account Customer Support. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and new clients.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution of client orders, deliveries, and ongoing support.
Requirements and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 3-5 Years Customer Service experience.
- High Proficiency in Excel with experience with:
- Advanced Formula Knowledge, Data Management, Integration, and Organization, Troubleshooting and Error Checking, and Time-Saving Techniques.
- Microsoft Office (Word, and Outlook) experience and aptitude.
- Problem-solving skills,ability to think under pressure, and to meet deadlines.
- Commitment to continual education about the company, products and services.
