We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Generalist / HR Administrator to support our Human Resources department in day-to-day operations. This role will involve handling key HR functions such as employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, onboarding, and supporting HR initiatives to enhance workplace efficiency and culture. This position is hybrid.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training new employees.
- Maintain HR records, employee files, and HRIS updates.
- Support employee relations efforts, including conflict resolution and policy compliance.
- Administer benefits, leave management, and payroll support.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
- Assist in performance management, including evaluations and feedback processes.
- Organize HR initiatives such as wellness programs and employee engagement activities.
- Prepare reports and analyze HR data for decision-making.
- Act as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries and provide administrative support.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
HR Experience
Experience in transitioning HR technology functions
Proven consulting skills with extensive experience interacting with senior leadership across organization.
Detail oriented with meticulous organizational skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
SHRM certification helpful but not necessary
Payroll and OD knowledge helpful but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
