Quantum-Systems Inc is a global leader in aerial intelligence and autonomous, AI-powered aerial robotics. We design, develop, manufacture and deliver eVTOL Unmanned Aircraft Systems UAS and an ecosystem of related products and services. Our business directly addresses the Defense and Security markets in North America, Asia Pacific and Latin America. We currently have an opening for a well-qualified candidate to join our operations Department. This position reports to the Director of Operations.
The primary responsibility of the Fulfillment Manager will be to ensure the successful processing of customer requests related to orders, material support, and RMA processing, from initial request to final delivery. The Manager will process orders with accuracy in a timely manner and ensure fulfillment activities are completed to meet delivery commitments. This role in Operations will provide internal support, working with programs to meet delivery performance expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage order processing and fulfillment functions for all product lines.
- Process RMA’s.
- Identify critical shortages affecting fulfillment needs.
- Help reduce internal constraints through problem solving.
- Domestic and International collaboration with Programs, Production, Logistics and other teams to meet commitments to customers.
- Provide timely updates concerning orders and issues when required.
- Handle work in a fast-paced environment with a need to work quickly.
- Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision.
- Interact professionally with other employees, customers and suppliers.
Qualifications:
- Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in order processing and fulfillment management.
- Aerospace and Government supplier experience is a plus.
- Must have good computer operation skills and accurate data entry.
- ERP system experience, excel and word, oracle, NetSuite is a plus.
- High School diploma or GED equivalent at minimum is required.
- US Citizenship is required/Background check required.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
