Quantum-Systems Inc is a global leader in aerial intelligence and autonomous, AI-powered aerial robotics. We design, develop, manufacture and deliver eVTOL Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) and an ecosystem of related products and services. Our business directly addresses the Defense and Security markets in North America and Latin America. We currently have an opening for a well-qualified, dynamic, detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to join our team. This position reports to the Director of Business Development.
Description:
A Sales Operations Specialist at Quantum Systems bridges the gap between business development and business operations. This role combines elements of sales support, process improvement, data analysis, and cross-functional coordination to ensure sales operations are running smoothly and effectively. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing sales support to customers, managing customer quotes and consultations, supporting the sales and forecasting process, and ensuring smooth operations within the Quantum Systems sales division. This position requires strong organizational and multitasking skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities to manage customer inquiries and sales/product data.
Roles and Responsibilities:
The Sales Operations Specialist is responsible for the following:
- Maintaining extensive knowledge of Quantum-Systems’ products and services
- Preparing quotes and acting as the sales point of contact for customers throughout the sales process, ensuring timely response to customer inquiries
- Coordinating with internal teams to facilitate order processing and delivery
- Managing opportunities and pipelines within Netsuite
- Tracking sales performance, generating reports, and analyzing sales data to support decision-making
- Participating in applicable sales meetings and contributing to strategy discussions
- Working closely with other internal departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2 years of experience in sales operations, business operations, or related role (preferably in technology, aerospace, defense, or UAS operations)
- Knowledge of UAS platforms, sensors, and software applications
- Experience in data analysis and reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with CRM/ERP software (NetSuite) is preferred
- Must be a US Citizen
- Background check required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
