Quantum Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced candidate to provide support as the Project Coordinator Specialist. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong communication and organization skills.
Responsibilities
The Project Coordinator Specialist will supervise and assist in the following functions:
- Implement and Oversee project management software
- Provide project status updates to the customer.
- Work with engineering team to ensure contract compliance.
- Track change orders and provide information to the business office for invoicing these changes.
- Other duties as assigned as they relate to the position and company goals of Quantum Technologies, Inc.
- A Bachelor’s degree (Master’s Degree Preferred) in Project Management and event Coordination is required with a minimum of 10 years of professional work experience.
- Candidate should have extensive project management experience and prior experience in supervising large teams.
- Good communication skills both written/verbal and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Excel and MS Project (or similar) is required.
