• 10 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, with a strong focus on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Proven track record of managing project-based work and business improvement initiatives, using Salesforce as a tool for driving process transformation.
• Lead efforts to analyze existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements by leveraging Salesforce.
• Collaborate with Salesforce architects and developers to design scalable, efficient, and secure Salesforce solutions tailored to the business requirements.
• Lead the design of Salesforce workflows, reports, dashboards, page layouts, custom objects, and automation tools like Flow and Process Builder.
• Strong expertise in analyzing complex business processes and mapping them into Salesforce solutions.
