Job Description:
15 Years experience in administration, optimization, and governance of enterprise data platforms. 5 years in leadership role.
Experience in ensuring platform reliability, performance, and compliance while managing a team of administrators and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Hands on Expertise on below Platform Admin skills (3 or more)
Google Cloud Platform (GCP) (various Services, GCE, VMs, BigQuery, Disaster Recovery etc.)
Dataiku (not mandatory but should scale up quickly)
Informatica Power Center
Informatica Cloud (IDMC/IICS)
Talend (Nice to have)
Tableau
Alteryx
PowerBI
DevOps
Data Governance
Experience in leading Onsite and Offshore Platform Admin Teams
Flexible to work in shifts
Should be able to guide teams, as needed
Should be eager to implement automation solutions, optimizations, and performance improvements.
Should believe in processes and improve them as required
Manage installation, configuration, and optimization of platforms.
Ensure efficient operations and support for all platforms
Collaborate with teams to integrate platforms with business processes.
Enforce data governance, security, and compliance standards.
Resolve platform issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Monitor platform performance and provide regular updates.
Strong understanding of DevOps and automation tools.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Informatica, GCP, Tableau) preferred.
Strategic thinking, teamwork, process optimization, adaptability, and quick learner of new technologies.
