Principal SAP Systems Lead (Ariba/MM/P2P)

We are seeking a highly motivated candidate to join our rapidly growing Business Application organization. The Procurement Systems Lead will collaborate with QS Cross functional leaders onsite in San Jose and take the ideas from drawing board to scalable system and/or process solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities

Procurement Systems Lead will be responsible to design, implement and maintain robust and scalable P2P processes and systems

Understand the requirements from partners and users and translate them into optimal solutions in the areas of source to Pay.

Configure, develop and maintain SAP Ariba Sourcing, SAP Ariba Contracts Management, SAP Ariba SLP, SAP Ariba Requisition to Pay, SAP S/4 Material Management and SAP Ariba Network.

Design and build integrations to/from Ariba to S/4 and other satellite systems to ensure seamless flow of data.

Transform complex business requirements into systems solutions, analyze the impact to cross-functional areas and systems.

Planning, prioritizing, and implementing projects to deliver business value.

Enhance the adoption of Ariba across the organization.

Responsible for supplier enablement and drive towards paperless Procure to pay process.

Build Source to pay reports and dashboards for spend analytics

Required Skills, Education and Experience:

Ideal candidate will have Bachelor’s degree & 10 years or Master’s degree & 8 years hands-on experience in Source to Pay processes and systems, configuring, developing, and managing all aspects of Ariba and SAP S/4 MM module.

Hands-on experience in architecting and integrating Ariba with S/4

Hands-on experience in configuring S/4 Materials Management (MM)

Hands-on experience in configuring EWM (nice to have)

Hangs on experience in designing and implementing sub-contracting and consignment processes

Hangs on experience in configuring movement types and inter-company and Intra-company stock transfers.

Exceptional understanding of business solution capabilities of Ariba, in the areas of Contract Management, Supplier Management, Requisition to Pay and Spend Analytics.

Deep Understanding of LIV, MRP, Account determinations

Experience with Integrating Ariba with S/4

Proficient in designing and building reports using tools like AO/ Tableau / Power BI

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

This position is required to perform these above essential duties and responsibilities onsite at our QS offices.

Compensation & Benefits: Salary range for this role has a range of $133,800 to $204,100, and a final salary will be determined by the candidate's experience and educational background. QuantumScape also offers an annual bonus and a generous RSU/Equity package as part of its compensation plan.
