JOB DESCRIPTION
Are you organized, customer-focused, and ready to grow in a dynamic industry? We’re hiring a Calibration Field Service Planner Scheduler to join our Blue Bell, PA team. This role is your chance to work alongside our star Lead Scheduler, Kayla, learning the ropes of coordinating field calibration services for cutting-edge biotech and pharma clients. You’ll manage service requests, plan technician schedules, and ensure everything runs like clockwork—all while getting hands-on mentorship to prepare you for bigger responsibilities as we grow. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle incoming service requests (web, email, phone) and log them into our CRM database with precision.
- Team up with customers and technicians to schedule calibration jobs, balancing availability and urgency.
- Assign the right techs and gear to each job, optimizing efficiency like a pro.
- Keep clients in the loop with updates, quotes, and friendly follow-ups that build trust.
- Support our Lead Scheduler, Kayla, by managing orders, tweaking schedules, and troubleshooting issues.
- Use tools like CRM and scheduling software to keep everything organized (we’ll show you how!).
- Spot ways to streamline processes and make our team even better—your ideas matter here.

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, standard hours
- Hybrid option (1-2 remote days) available once fully trained and working independently
- Rare weekend work with overtime pay if needed
Work Location: Based at 3 Valley Square, Suite 120, Blue Bell, PA 19422 (in-person during training, hybrid after able to work independently)
Requirements
- 2-5 years in customer service, scheduling, or a related role—bonus points for technical or field service experience!
- A natural at multitasking and staying cool under pressure, with top-notch organizational skills.
- Comfortable with tech: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and quick to learn CRM or scheduling tools.
- Strong communicator who can read the room, adapt, and keep customers smiling.
- Problem-solver with an analytical streak and a can-do attitude.
- Valid driver’s license (occasional local travel may pop up).
- Able to pass a drug test and background check.
- Bonus: Familiarity with calibration, GMP, or Life Sciences (not required—we’ll train you).
