The Information Technology (IT) Agent is responsible for the daily maintenance and security of the QNGA’s computers, hardware, software, networks, and databases. The IT Agent will serve as the QNGA’s Secondary Local Agency Security Officer (LASO). This position is responsible for providing training and consultation services to QNGA employees, developing the strategic information technology plans for the QNGA, and ensuring the QNGA’s regulatory IT compliance within required state, federal, and tribal regulations.
