Overview
We are a family owned business seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Truck Crane Operator. The ideal candidate will have experience operating a truck crane in a construction environment. This role is critical for ensuring the safe and efficient movement of materials on job sites, contributing to the successful completion of projects.
Responsibilities
- Operate cranes to lift, move, and position heavy materials on construction sites.
- Perform pre-operational checks on cranes and other machinery to ensure they are functioning properly.
- Collaborate with site supervisors and other team members to coordinate lifts and ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Maintain clear communication with ground personnel using hand signals or radios during lifting operations.
- Conduct routine maintenance on cranes and report any mechanical issues to the owner.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines while operating machinery in various weather conditions.
- Assist in the operation of other heavy equipment as needed, including bulldozers, loaders, concrete mixers, backhoes, and front loader trucks.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Truck Crane Operator or in a similar role within a construction environment.
- Valid commercial driving license (CDL).
- Strong understanding of safety protocols related to crane operation and construction site management.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
- Physical stamina and strength to handle the demands of operation heavy machinery throughout the workday.
- Must have transportation to get them to the construction office in Webb City.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
