- Prep ingredients as needed, including washing, cutting, chopping, marinating, pre-cooking, and portioning.
- Cook menu items as specified to ensure consistent food quality, portions, and presentation; adapts to menu changes as needed.
- Ensure cooking stations are stocked with necessary supplies and ingredients, informs manager or chef when stock levels are low or supplies are needed.
