Summary
Oversee and coordinate the running, planning, organizing, training and leadership
(relating to all restaurant Front of House) necessary to achieve objectives in sales,
costs, guest service and satisfaction.
Duties/Tasks
? To meet and exceed all guest expectations.
? Follow standards and expectations set by the resort.
? Responsible for training, reviewing and scheduling or assisting of all FOH
Restaurant Staff.
? Ensure uniform & service specifications.
? Responsible for implementing opening and closing duties.
? Conduct Pre-shift team meetings.
? Work with other managers to reduce hourly labor.
? Develop strong working relationships with all other departments.
? Responsible for overall appearance and cleanliness of the dining room.
? Lead by example: Don’t expect anything out of your staff that you wouldn’t do
yourself.
