Your Role
As a Project Manager at Quasius Construction, you will oversee all phases of our construction projects. Your responsibilities will include planning, scheduling, resource allocation, accounting, and ensuring compliance to deliver Quasius-quality results consistently.
Job Requirements and Responsibilities :
- Manage all aspects of projects, including contract administration, technical support, and field operations coordination.
- Oversee project subcontracts and material supply agreements, negotiating terms, procurement, and delivery timelines.
- Lead project execution within budget, schedule, and quality standards.
- Prepare and deliver regular progress reports to the executive team, updating leadership on budget, safety, and schedule status.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with subcontractors, architects, and clients.
- Facilitate timely project closeout by coordinating the compilation of closing documentation and managing the completion of deliverables.
