Check Auditor

Quatrro Business Support Services is seeking a Check Auditor for our Production team in Marietta, GA. The Check Auditor is responsible for reviewing and auditing checks issued by our Accounting team. The Check Auditor is tasked with examining and verifying accounts, reviewing key details, ensuring accuracy, and preparing checks for mailing.

This is a full-time, hourly position in our Marietta, GA office and requires being on-site 5 days/week.
Pay rate: $20/hour
Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, PTO, and sick days.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1-year experience auditing and proofing accounting checks
• Previous experience in AP/AR, or a similar clerical accounting role
• Experienced in MS Office (Word and Excel)
• Extreme attention to detail
• Highly focused and organized
• Familiarity with accounting software
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and functions; strong time management skills
