What are the responsibilities and job description for the Health/PE Implementation Specialist position at QuaverEd?
QuaverEd is a rapidly growing education technology company located on Music Row in Nashville, Tennessee. We specialize in online educational software for Music, Heath and PE, Pre-K, and SEL.
We are seeking an experienced Health•PE Implementation Specialist to join our motivated team serving thousands of schools across the nation and around the world. This person will report to the Implementation Manager and would primarily be responsible for working closely with districts and schools to ensure their successful implementation of QuaverHealth•PE.
Experience:
- Health teacher or PE teacher with 5 years experience in Elementary or Middle School setting
- Degree in Health Education, or a related field preferred
- Additional Certifications or National Affiliations preferred
- Training and/or instructional coaching experience preferred
- Experience with online curricula and curriculum development
- Excellent communications and relationship skills
- Experience teaching both large and small groups of adult learners
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the point of contact for individual districts/schools nationwide to ensure a successful implementation through coaching and resource creation aligned to their goals
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of QuaverEd curricula
- Lead virtual and in-person training sessions for teachers on QuaverHealth•PE resources
- Travel to school sites to coach and train teachers and other education stakeholders in understanding and using the QuaverHealth•PE resources
- Host virtual events for current users and prospective customers
- Attend national conferences to represent QuaverEd in booths and lead workshop sessions
- Assist in sales presentations as approved
- Other duties as assigned
The person must be located in the Nashville, TN area and be willing to travel up to 10 days per month (note that this is lower during “off-season”)
