Quecon, Inc. is currently seeking Field Technicians / Engineers to support the Federal Aviation Administration. Qualified candidates will perform a variety of duties to support the FAA customer in achieving both their short- and long-term goals. Job Responsibilities
- Perform site surveys and develop installation plans in support of the Program Management Office
- Perform installation and removal of telecommunications equipment at sites across the US
- Perform light site prep construction and electrical installation at sites to support infrastructure upgrades
- Perform trenching by hand and using light equipment (mini-excavator, skid steer, trencher, drill, compactor, etc.)
- Provide technical assistance in performing voice-grade, data-comm, digital and IP telecommunications services cutovers
- Assist in updating operational telecommunications service records and files
- Climb towers to perform work including installing, aligning or removing microwave antennas and waveguide
