SLOT FLOOR PERSON
The Slots Floor Person is a pivotal member of our casino operations team. This position is responsible for overseeing the efficient and smooth operation of the gaming floor. This role involves providing leadership and guidance to slot attendants, bartenders, and dealers. They must ensure exceptional customer service, maintain the integrity of gaming activities, and contribute to the overall success of the casino.

- Participate in departmental and company meetings.
- Lead a team of slot attendants, bartenders, and dealers providing direction, training, and support to ensure exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.
- Monitor and maintain the appearance and functionality of all slot machines, bars, and tables by addressing any technical issues promptly and coordinating with maintenance personnel when needed.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and disputes related to slot machines, payouts, and game rules while always maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Assist with the implementation of player reward programs, promotions, and events related to the slot machine area.
- Conduct regular inspections of the slot machine floor to identify any discrepancies, malfunctions, or unauthorized activities, and take appropriate corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, gaming laws, and internal policies, including verifying the age and identification of patrons and adhering to responsible gaming practices.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to slot machine activities, player interactions, and any incidents that occur during shifts.
- Provide assistance and support to slot attendants, bartenders, and dealers. Help team members to address customer needs, process payouts, and maintain a positive and efficient gaming environment.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as security, surveillance, and maintenance, to address operational needs and security concerns.
- Accurately Complete all reporting in compliance to internal controls and department policies & procedures.
- Have knowledge of guest alcohol limitations and company policy and procedure regarding limitations.
- Keep work area in a clean and orderly manner.
- Immediately handle and report any safety hazards, problems, or maintenance issues in the appropriate manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent, preferred.
- 2 years of Slot attendant or Table Games experience, required.
- Must possess excellent teamwork, interpersonal, guest service, written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and Holidays. Must have a professional demeanor and presence with the ability to interact with guests and team members in the Company.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a state gaming license.
