Bartender

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and energetic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing the bar area, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including operating the POS system for processing orders.
• Engage with customers to create a welcoming atmosphere while providing recommendations on drinks and menu items.
• Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and garnishes; restock as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff during banquets or special events to provide seamless service.

Experience

• Previous bartending experience in a nightclub or similar fast-paced environment is preferred.
• Strong math skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs effectively.
• Familiarity with food safety practices in the food industry is essential.
• Time management skills to efficiently serve multiple customers during peak hours.
• Knowledge of brewing techniques is a plus for those interested in craft beverages.
• Experience with banquet service is beneficial but not required.
