What are the responsibilities and job description for the Chiropractic Assistant/Receptionist position at Queen City Chiropractic & Sports Performance?
We are currently searching for a friendly, motivated self-starter to assist in all aspects of patient rehabilitation and therapy for our growing Chiropractic office in North Charlotte NC. Duties may include, but are not limited to; greeting patients, managing schedules, documentation of care and assisting with patient therapy. In time this candidate will become certified as a chiropractic assistant with all fees covered by the business. We are searching for someone who can promote a great first impression both in-person and over the phone as a representative of the business. Attention to detail and ability to multi-task is a must. Knowledge or previous chiropractic experience or rehabilitative care is a plus but not essential. Typing and basic computer skills are necessary for documentation. Fluency in speaking Spanish is highly recommended. Previous experience with insurance billing is a plus but not essential. This position would require the candidate to be available to work some evenings and Saturday mornings.
